American Legion Post 292 in New London will perform three-gun salutes: 11 a.m. at the veterans memorial by the New London Public Library; 11:20 a.m. at the Grove Street Cemetery in New London; and at 11:35 a.m. at the Catholic Cemetery in New London.
A flag retirement ceremony by the VFW Post 2743 Auxiliary will be Sunday, Nov. 8 at 3 p.m. at VFW Post 2743 in Norwalk.
